- Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
Project delays caused by lack of client communication or missing materials are not the responsibility of Addensoft.
Third-Party Services

- Plugins
- Payment gateways
- Cloud services
- External software tools
Addensoft is not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, restrictions, or issues caused by third-party providers.
Revisions and Support

Additional revisions or major scope changes beyond the original agreement may require additional charges.
Post-launch support duration may vary depending on the service package purchased.
Limitation of Liability
Addensoft shall not be held liable for:

- Indirect or consequential damages
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and proper operational procedures after project delivery.
Confidentiality
Addensoft respects client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose confidential business information shared during project collaboration unless required by law.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project or service agreement under reasonable circumstances.
In the event of termination:
- Completed work up to the termination date may still require payment
- Addensoft reserves the right to withhold deliverables until outstanding balances are cleared
