These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Addensoft website and any services engagement with Addensoft. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Addensoft provides software development, AI automation, business systems implementation, eCommerce and web development services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or statement of work agreed with the client.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access, and materials (such as content, credentials or assets) reasonably required for us to deliver a project on schedule. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

Fees & Payment

Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are set out in the applicable proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Addensoft retains the right to reuse general know-how, frameworks and non-client-specific components developed during the engagement.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of the project.

Warranties & Disclaimers

We aim to deliver software that is fit for its agreed purpose and free of material defects at delivery. Our website and general materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what is set out in a signed agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Addensoft's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate an active engagement as set out in the applicable contract, with fees due for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
